Frequently asked questions

How do I create my natal chart?

Open Zodiqo and go through the onboarding flow. You'll be asked for your date of birth, time of birth and place of birth. The more precise the birth time, the more accurate your chart — especially for the Ascendant and house cusps.

What data do I need to provide?

Only the essentials: date, time and place of birth. A display name and an email are required if you create an account. You can add charts for other people (friends, family, partners) to compare them to yours via synastry.

How accurate are the calculations?

Zodiqo uses high‑precision astronomical data for planetary positions, so the calculations are well within the accuracy required for serious chart work. House placements depend on the exact birth time — if you enter an approximate time, the Ascendant and houses may shift accordingly.

Is my data private?

Yes. We collect only what is needed to run the service, we do not sell your data, and we do not use your birth data for advertising. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and all associated personal data from within the App (Settings → Delete Account) or by emailing privacy@zodiqo.com from the address on file. We remove your data within 30 days, except for records we're legally required to keep.

I have a billing or subscription issue — who do I contact?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds and cancellations are handled in your Apple ID account settings. If something still isn't right after you've checked there, email support@zodiqo.com and we'll help you sort it out.
