Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Zodiqo, a mobile astrology app and related website (together, the "Service") operated by PAWCODE SRL, a company incorporated in Romania, with registered office at Strada Verzișori, Nr. 6, Bl. D, Ap. B118, Sector 4, București, Tax ID (CUI) 54362611, registered with the Trade Register under J2026020594004 ("we", "us", "Zodiqo").

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By downloading, installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Zodiqo is a consumer mobile application, primarily for iOS, that computes natal charts, real-time planetary transits and synastry comparisons using high‑precision astronomical data, and that offers AI‑assisted interpretations based on those computations. The Service is provided "as is" and we may add, change or remove features from time to time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Zodiqo, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Where local law sets a higher minimum age for the type of processing we perform, that higher age applies. If we learn that a user is under 16, we will suspend or close the account and delete associated personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign‑in credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time from within the App or by emailing support@zodiqo.com.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

If the Service offers paid features or subscriptions, they are sold through Apple's App Store and are governed by Apple's terms. Prices, billing cycles and renewal behaviour are shown in the App before you confirm the purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.

6. User content

You may enter data such as your own birth information, the birth information of people you know, notes and preferences ("User Content"). You keep all rights in your User Content. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to host, store, transmit and process this content for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you (for example, computing a chart or generating an interpretation).

When you enter another person's birth data, you are responsible for having a legitimate reason to do so and, where required by law, for having their consent.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or deceptive.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where this is permitted by mandatory law.
• Circumvent, disable or interfere with security features of the Service.
• Use automated means (scrapers, bots) to access the Service, overload it, or extract content in bulk.
• Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service to make decisions that require professional advice (see the notice above).

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, visual identity and written content, is owned by PAWCODE SRL and its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, no rights are transferred.

Where we rely on third‑party libraries, datasets or software components to provide parts of the Service, those components remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their applicable licences. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in such third‑party components beyond what those licences allow.

9. Disclaimers — entertainment use only

Astrology is not science. All astrological interpretations, guidance and predictions provided by the Service are for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. Do not rely on Zodiqo for medical, psychological, financial, legal or safety decisions. Always consult a qualified professional for those matters.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that interpretations will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PAWCODE SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 50 if you paid nothing.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or statutory consumer rights that apply to you.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we decide to discontinue the Service. On termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) will remain in effect.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be submitted to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that allow consumers to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
